About the Role

Program Director

As a Program Director, you will represent globally respected leadership education programs, helping clients improve clarity, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and performance. You will work independently, using proven systems and mentorship to grow your influence and client base.

This role is ideal for individuals who value autonomy, continuous learning, and high-performance outcomes—for themselves and the people they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful discovery calls with growth-minded individuals
• Introduce and guide clients through personal development and leadership courses
• Share digital learning programs and live events through ethical marketing strategies
• Build authentic client relationships through consultative communication
• Leverage performance psychology, mindset coaching, and emotional intelligence principles
• Engage in continuous learning and leadership development through internal training

• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable in an independent contractor role
• Professional communication, consultative sales skills, and ethical influence
• Passion for personal growth, human potential, and purpose-led work
