<h3>What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure across supply chain and digital integration initiatives</li>
<li>Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to enhance production planning, logistics, and fulfillment processes</li>
<li>Manage data migration and system integration projects using ETL tools, middleware, APIs, or EDI</li>
<li>Ensure regulatory compliance in project delivery within validated systems, including GxP and FDA standards</li>
</ul>
<h3>What is Required (Qualifications):</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 7–10 years of overall experience, with specialization in SAP and Supply Chain projects</li>
<li>4–5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, WM, PP)</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in supply chain management and manufacturing processes</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in data integration projects using API, EDI, or ETL tools</li>
<li>5–7 years of proven project management experience using Agile/Waterfall/hybrid models</li>
</ul>
<h3>How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with SAP MDG or S/4HANA migration</li>
<li>Exposure to serialization, cold chain, or logistics automation systems</li>
<li>Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies</li>
<li>Understanding of data governance frameworks</li>
<li>Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Prince2</li>
