<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: 90000+<br /><p><strong>PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. Delegating the tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed</li><li>Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies</li><li>Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key <span >activities/deadlines</span> identified to create transparency. Ensure milestones are met on time.</li><li>Assigning tasks to the right team members, checking on their progress, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.</li><li>Keep the project team focused on the end goal and communicate changes/impacts</li><li>Communicate project status to stakeholders (internal Sodales and external client) and key project participants such as 3rd party vendors along with critical path items.</li><li>Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and timeline to reduce risks</li><li>Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities of Sodales including internal projects</li><li>Standardize tools and template for project management</li><li>Work with proposal teams to develop timeline estimates and project plans for new clients</li><li>Train Sodales employees on Sodales project methodology and frameworks/sample deliverables</li><li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team leadership skills by building relationships internally and externally.</li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Demonstrate Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools as well as other tools such as Jira and MPP.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Degree in computer science, project management</li><li>5 + years of PM experience as SaaS Project Manager</li><li>Must have PMP or scrum certifications</li><li>Experience with SAP technologies is a plus</li><li>Minimum 2 full life-cycle implementations<br /></li><li>Must have outstanding presentation skills<br /></li></ul></p></p>
