<p><h3>Property Claims Leader - Field Adjusting</h3><p>Our Property Claims team is looking for a Property Leader (Hybrid) to join their Field team. In this role, the Claims Leader will create an environment that empowers people to do their best work, build a stronger team by developing employee potential and identifying opportunities to improve system conditions for better customer service and financial performance.</p>
<p>This is a hybrid role requiring flexible working hours, including weekend and after‑hours work based on business needs such as catastrophe events.</p>

<li>Be “in the work” to understand people’s capability and unit performance.</li>
<li>Make decisions using data, observe the environment, and remove performance blockers.</li>
<li>Participate in the quality‑assurance programme and ensure timely training.</li>
<li>Understand and mitigate internal and external claims risks; meet compliance obligations.</li>
<li>Take full responsibility for team results and understand the impact of key decisions.</li>

<li>Expertly understand the claims experience and technical strategic direction.</li>

<li>Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data captured in Aviva systems.</li>
<li>Identify and report suspected fraud or financial irregularities per procedures.</li>

<h3>What You'll Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>CIP or FCIP Industry designation.</li>
<li>University Degree or College Diploma or equivalent property technical experience.</li>
<li>5+ years of claims/insurance industry experience with strong property knowledge.</li>
<li>2+ years of people‑leading experience.</li>
<li>Experience with performance management and career development.</li>
<li>Call‑Center / First Notice of Loss or catastrophic event experience.</li>
<li>Technical competence in personal and commercial insurance.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.</li>
<li>Data‑driven insight for performance improvement.</li>
<li>Sound decision making and problem‑solving skills.</li>
<li>Prior experience sketching and scoping building damage.</li>
</ul>
