<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>Quality Control</p><p>Prolium is the leader in above ground storage tank maintenance. When it comes to storage tanks we do it all from minor repairs and modifications to major tank upgrades.We are currently seeking Quality Control personnel who are located in Atlantic Canada.</p><p></p><p>Why work for Prolium?</p><ul><li>Travel to and from site is provided</li><li>Able to come on as a contractor<br /></li><li>PPE is provided</li><li>Site specific training provided</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Duties:</p><ul><li>Understand and implement the Quality Management System on site and in the field;</li><li>Provide complete and continuous quality direction to personnel and sub-contractors while striving for zero nonconformities;</li><li>Assist Superintendents with addressing nonconformities by developing correction and/or corrective action plans and conducting root cause analyses as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with client specifications and the applicable codes and standards</li><li>Monitor and report on Quality key performance indicators to the Director of Quality monthly.</li><li>Interface with Construction and Fabrication Project Management on QA/QC matters relating to project procurement, receiving inspection, planning and scheduling;</li><li>Responsible for ensuring compliance to API 650/653 and ASME B31.3 piping systems;</li><li>Maintain welder qualifications per ASME Section IX;</li><li>Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITP);</li><li>Coordinate third-party inspection activities;</li><li>Review and sign off NDE Reports;</li><li>Responsible for verification of mechanical completion and preparation of turnover packages.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications and Experience</p><ul><li>Minimum of 2-5 years experience in heavy industrial QA/QC;</li><li>Minimum CWB Level I Inspector</li><li>CGSB Level II Examiner (RT, MT, PT, UT) an asset;</li><li>Past experience as a CWB Welding Supervisor an asset;</li><li>Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel.<br /></li><li>Valid drivers license required.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>H2S Alive</li><li>Fall Protection</li><li>Confined Space Entry and MonitororConfined Space Entry & Rescue</li><li>CSTS 2020/WHMIS 2015</li><li>Journeyman Ticket</li><li>Successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test</li><li>Must be physically fit and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs</li></ul><p></p><p>How to apply:</p><p>If you possess the necessary qualifications and are dedicated to safety, we invite you to apply for the General Labourer position with Prolium Industries.
