You will manage existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to our wholesale partners. Your expertise in the meat industry and ability to consult on products and solutions will be key to your success.</p><h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Base pay: $75,000(annualized, includes commission), transitioning to full commission.</p></li><li><p>Up to 20% employee discount on premium products</p></li><li><p>Career growth and professional development opportunities</p></li><li><p>A dynamic and supportive work environment</p></li><li><p>The opportunity to be part of a regenerative company focused on sustainable food systems</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Customer Relationship Management:</strong>Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, acting as a trusted consultant.</p></li><li><p><strong>Sales & Business Development:</strong>Promote sales to existing customers and actively identify new opportunities.</p></li><li><p><strong>Consultative Selling:</strong>Provide customers with insights on the benefits and uses of our products to help them succeed.</p></li><li><p><strong>Order Facilitation:</strong>Manage quotes, pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines.</p></li><li><p><strong>Market Expertise:</strong>Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.</p></li><li><p><strong>CRM & Account Management:</strong>Utilize CRM tools to track performance, maintain customer records, and optimize sales efforts.</p></li><li><p><strong>Ongoing Customer Support:</strong>Conduct follow-ups after sales to ensure satisfaction and continued business growth.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring to the Role</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Deep knowledge of the meat industry and product applications</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in the meat or food industry</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in a Sales Representative role</p></li><li><p>2+ years of CRM experience to track and optimize sales efforts</p></li><li><p>A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively</p></li><li><p>Passion for sustainable and regenerative food systems</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Why Harvest to Gather?</strong></h3><p>Harvest to Gather is more than just a food company; we are a community built on sustainable practices, top-tier products, and a commitment to excellence.
