The RPM Specialist will support UHF’s fundraising efforts by leveraging analytical and research skills to identify, qualify, and manage donor prospects and provide actionable insights for fundraising teams.</p><p><br></p><p>The RPM Specialist will support the advancement of our mission by contributing to fund development strategy and supporting a high-performing team of fundraisers in meeting their goals. You will also provide specialized support to launch and sustain comprehensive fundraising campaigns. The RPM Specialist will be part of a high-performing, purpose-driven team at UHF that values innovation, courage, and collaboration.</p><p><br></p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Prospect Identification & Analysis:</b> Implement a proactive prospect identification plan, measure outcomes, and conduct thorough research to qualify new prospects. Assist fundraisers in managing relationships with existing donors.</li><li><b>Data Management & Reporting:</b> Maintain accurate donor and prospect data, monitor data integrity, and generate reporting and dashboards to inform strategy and decision-making.</li><li><b>Collaboration & Donor Engagement:</b> Work closely with fundraisers to develop effective engagement strategies, manage portfolios, and support donor pipelines. Provide insights to optimize fundraising efforts.</li><li><b>Campaign Support:</b> Identify and research prospects to support fundraising campaigns, applying best practices in prospect management, reporting, and analytics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>MEASURES OF SUCCESS</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Seamlessly and proactively take ownership of daily research and prospect management tasks, ensuring consistency and reliability.</li><li>Translate the Foundation’s prospecting strategy into clear, actionable priorities.</li><li>Build strong, collaborative relationships with fundraisers and UHF team members.</li><li>Work independently, managing multiple projects with precision, initiative, and accountability.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>THE INDIVIDUAL</b></p><p><br></p><p>This opportunity is ideal for a strategic thinker and analytical professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is passionate about advancing healthcare through philanthropy.
