We are a 35 year old company, open year-round, one-stop destination for outdoor cooking enthusiasts, offering live product demonstrations, in-store events, and expert customer service.<br />We are seeking an experienced and <strong>motivated Retail Showroom Manager</strong> to join our <strong>dynamic leadership team</strong>.<br /><strong>Position Overview</strong><br />The Retail Showroom Manager is <strong>passionate about customer service, leadership, merchandising</strong>, and outdoor living and loves to grill. Reporting to and working closely with the Customer Service & Retail (CSR) Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. <br /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />In partnership with the CSR Manager, you will:<br />Create and maintain a <strong>Customer-First environment</strong> for all guests<br />Direct and enforce all company policies, procedures, and standards<br /><strong>Lead, coach, and support </strong>staff through ongoing training and development<br />Execute <strong>strategic merchandising </strong>initiatives to drive sales and brand standards<br />Meet and exceed sales, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives<br />Maintain a strong working knowledge of all systems and procedures, including POS<br />Ensure all daily and weekly operational checklists are completed accurately and on time<br />Oversee showroom inventory stock levels for accessories and finished products; investigate and resolve discrepancies<br />Address and <strong>resolve customer concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges</strong> professionally and effectively<br /><strong>Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture</strong><br /><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong><br /><strong>35 years of retail management experience (required)</strong><br />Strong <strong>passion for customer service and leadership</strong><br />Proven ability to <strong>lead, motivate, and develop teams</strong><br />Strong <strong>work ethic</strong> and <strong>collaborative team mindset</strong><br /><strong>Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset</strong><br />Knowledge of the outdoor living or specialty retail industry is an asset<br />Open availability, including days, <strong>weekends, and Sundays</strong><br /><strong>What We Offer</strong><br />Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)<br />Bonus and overtime pay<br />Group insurance benefits after 3 months (health, dental, vision, life)<br />Merchandise discount<br />On-site parking and accessible by public transit<br />A supportive entrepreneurial environment<br />Apply today and become part of a winning team.<br><br></p></p>
