<p>Must haves:<br></p><ul><li>Experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Identity Hub Standard Edition (formerly Initiate)<br></li><li>Excellent knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)<br></li><li>Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data from multiple sources into a single target system<br></li><li>Java development experience<br></li><li>Practical experience with HL7 messaging, Cloverleaf integration suite and IBM InfoSphere DataStage<br></li><li>Experience with SQL programming in relational databases<br></li><li>A strong knowledge of health care systems<br></li><li>Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Assurance requirements and software<br></li><li>Development control and release procedures<br></li><li>Experience with distributed messaging and streaming data solutions (e.g., Kafka)<br></li><li>Experience with container-based development (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)<br></li><li>Extensive experience in troubleshooting and remediation<br></li><li>Knowledge of Immunization workflows and associated business processes within pharmacies, hospitals and health records, an asset<br></li><li>Past experience with jurisdictional public health programs (example: Immunizations) will be of significant benefit <br></li></ul><p>Responsibilities:<br></p><ul><li>The Senior Specialized IT Consultant is responsible for ensuring alignment between the Provincial Client Registry (PCR) and client identifiers associated with Immunization data submitted by the ministry. The Senior Specialized IT Consultant will support the foundation data alignment activities which will contribute toward the overall Immunization Repository project.<br></li></ul><p>Desired Skills:<br></p><ul><li>Technical background including Java Development and application design experience<br></li><li>Excellent knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)<br></li><li>Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data from multiple sources into a single target system<br></li><li>Practical experience with HL7 messaging, Cloverleaf integration suite and IBM InfoSphere DataStage<br></li><li>Experience with SQL programming in relational databases<br></li><li>Working knowledge of privacy policies and legislative processes – Health Protection and Promotion Act (HPPA), Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and Personal Health. Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and associated Health Information Custodian (HIC) requirements<br></li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.<br></li><li>Evaluation Criteria: <br></li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management. Standard edition experience preferred.: 20 Points<br></li><li>Minimum 5 years' experiences integrating system and supporting web services via Java Development .: 20 Points<br></li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience working with ETL processes and remediation.: 20 Points<br></li><li>Minimum 3 years' experience working with Integration Engines in support of data exchange .: 15 Points<br></li><li>Experience working collaboratively with business partners and stakeholders to understand and analyze current state, provide recommended approach, and develop factual and concise deliverables.: 10 Points<br></li><li>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (articulate, detail oriented and factual) and interpersonal (clarifying, active listening), manage conflict or stressful situations .:15 Points<br></li></ul>
<br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><p>Deliverables Include, but are not limited to:<br></p><ul><li>Update common interface to reflect changes to data model<br></li><li>Update common interface to support FHIR queries such as Search by Location, Practitioner Role, Health Care Service, or End Point<br></li><li>Develop interfaces for add and update transactions for the Provincial Client Registry (PCR)<br></li><li>Add data validation rules to the common interface<br></li><li>Support the design of ETL workflow to support additional identifiers being added to the PCR<br></li><li>Document ETL design, workflows and process<br></li><li>Update error handling to enhance messages and establish common error responses (e.g., change error code for a member not found response from http 500 error to an Ontario Health agreed upon alternative)<br></li><li>Ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement. Some of this might occur at the end of the engagement but will also be shared as information is obtained/consolidated. Key deliverables will be shared with team, using an approved format.<br></li><li>Provide all related documentation as part of Knowledge transfer protocol. Documents will be reviewed by the appropriate leads and signed off by manager/director.<br></li><li>Work collaboratively with Ontario Health team throughout the assignment and ensure key deliverables, milestones, and documentation are shared.<br></li><li>Conduct a walkthrough of any demos, development, etc. will be required before end of engagement, as required.<br></li></ul><p>Must Haves:<br></p><ul><li>5+ years Experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Identity Hub Standard Edition (formerly Initiate)<br></li><li>5+ years Experience of IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)<br></li><li>5+ years Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data from multiple sources into a single target system<br></li><li>5+ years Experience Java development experience<br></li></ul><p>Nice to Haves:<br></p><ul><li>Practical experience with HL7 messaging, Cloverleaf integration suite and IBM InfoSphere DataStage<br><br></li></ul>
