<h3>Job Summary</h3>
<p>As a Sr. Account Manager at 1Milk2Sugars, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and leading the execution of strategic marketing & PR campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.</p>
<h3>Job Tasks + Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.</li>
<li>Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing & public relations campaigns, working closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Define project objectives, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.</li>
<li>Provide strategic guidance to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.</li>
<li>Actively participate in new business development efforts, including identifying leads, pitching and contributing to proposals.</li>
<li>Mentor and provide guidance to direct reports and other team members.</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.</li>
<li>Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery and proactive communication.</li>
<li>Prepare and review thoughtful client reports: monthly, quarterly and campaign recaps with attention to insights and strong analytical data.</li>
<li>Take the lead in drafting SOWs and contracts for new projects or campaigns, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and documented.</li>
<li>Collaborate with finance dept. and partners to ensure that contract documents comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to the account team in contract preparation, reviewing their work and offering feedback as needed.</li>
<li>All other duties or projects as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Education & Mandatory Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree/certificate in Communications, Public Relations or other related specialties is preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years working experience in public relations (Agency experience is a must) working with fashion, beauty or lifestyle clients.</li>
<li>Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and delivering strategic marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.</li>
<li>Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>An understanding of the media landscape and past relationships with key editors & influencers is an asset, ideally in the aforementioned industries.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as this role involves direct client communication and content creation for English-speaking markets.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Mac systems, as well as Office software (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).</li>
<li>Polished writing & presentation skills; both written & in person.</li>
