<p>Plan and conduct independent analyses of processes to provide expert advice on the effectiveness of risk management practices. Attention to detail is required. Conduct internal audit activities that will enhance risk management and controls that help the organization meet its business objectives.</p>
<h3>What you’ll do:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Consult with colleagues on business unit objectives and processes, including risks and controls</li>
<li>Develop and execute audit plan and program, defining the steps needed to evaluate internal controls</li>
<li>Use professional judgment to conclude effectiveness of risk management</li>
<li>Report results to management</li>
</ul>

<h3>What you’ll need:</h3>
<ul>
<li>A degree in commerce and an accounting or audit designation plus five to seven years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)</li>
<li>Expertise with internal audit practices, theories and trends</li>
<li>An understanding of risk management practices</li>
<li>Knowledge of specialized audit software and tools</li>
