<p><b>Senior Databricks Developer – 4 Openings</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote</p><p><b>Employment Type:</b> Contract ( Till June,2026) Can extend</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using <b>Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake</b>, and Azure components.</li><li>Build new pipelines from scratch and enhance existing ones for scalability and performance.</li><li>Apply strong ETL design principles, data modeling concepts, and governance standards.</li><li>Collaborate within a Scrum team, taking ownership of stories and delivering production-ready code.</li><li>Troubleshoot data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize pipeline performance.</li><li>Work in <b>Azure environments</b> leveraging <b>ADLS, ADF, Synapse</b>, and related tools.</li><li>Contribute to architecture and design discussions while focusing on hands-on development.</li></ul><p><b>Desired Skills & Experience:</b></p><ul><li><b>8-10+</b> years of experience in <b>data engineering</b>, preferably with <b>Azure Databricks</b>.</li><li>Strong expertise in <b>PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake</b>, and familiarity with <b>Unity Catalog</b>.</li><li>Knowledge of <b>data governance</b> and <b>DevOps practices</b> (Git, CI/CD).</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.</li></ul><p></p>
