About the OpportunityManagement of entire credit lifecycle of clients/customers.Lead in delivering and performing historical trend and ratio analysis, assesses cash flow, industry risks and any other risk factors to provide risk assessments and recommended actionsManager large collections team and oversee invoicing, payment applications, collections, reconciliations, and customer account maintenance.Collaborates in efficient functioning of collections life cycle. Includes participating in the execution of established loss mitigation solutions for the successful resolution of non-performing and high risk accounts.Risk Assessment and Identification - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, considering both internal and external factors to identify material / emerging concentration risks, evaluate their potential impact, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategiesDevelop and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly key performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and executive managementInteract with clients to review financials health.Interact with Senior Sales Leaders, District Managers and Sales Representatives to gather information relative to a customer being analyzed including communication of credit decisionsEstablish Funding terms and Risk Tiers for all new and existing clientsReview and analyze current procedures in order to recommend and implement changes to standardize activitiesPerform enhanced due diligence reviews as it pertains to KYC/AML regulatory requirements for all clients.Develop a credit pre-screening matrix for new client sales orders to identify any credit concerns prior to implementationIdentify areas for process improvements along with developing, maintaining and implementing process solutions for the Credit Risk teamAbout YouBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline, or professional accounting qualifications such like CPA, ACCA10+ years' experience of working within Credit Risk/CollectionsPrior experiencing Accounts Receivable team.10+ years directly managing staffSolid understanding of Credit & Risk AssessmentSuperior knowledge and experience in analyzing financial statementsExperience in developing scorecards & dashboardsComprehensive understanding of risk management principles and practices, particularly in relation to risk appetite frameworks.Pay Rate$60.00/HourHow to ApplyClick the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
