Role Overview
Seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Power Allocation Optimization application, partnering with a third-party vendor. The role involves full project lifecycle management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and technical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, governance, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee system integration (SCADA, EMS, data historian) and compliance.
- Drive risk, change, and quality management.
- Ensure training, go-live readiness, and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS/Business (Master’s a plus).
- PMP/PRINCE2 required; Agile/Scrum an asset.
- 7+ years in IT Project Management; 3+ years in energy/utilities preferred.
- Strong vendor management and software implementation experience.
