Rockstar Recruiting is looking for a Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Technicians based in Dundas, Ontario. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a skilled team, overseeing schedules, job assignments, and ensuring customers receive top-notch service for industrial compressors and related pneumatic and rotating equipment. You’ll be the main point of contact for customer needs, handling escalations, coordinating resources, and making sure the team delivers on time and on budget. The ideal candidate has experience in the industrial service world—compressors, pumps, pneumatic systems, or rotating equipment—and thrives in a leadership role where guiding a team and keeping operations running smoothly is key.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, plus bonus structure
