Additionally, individuals looking for both personal and professional growth and a long-lasting career will find that within Triumph&#39;s organization.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Schedule, assign, and dispatch driver for delivery, pickup, or disposal</li><li>Validate material/equipment and order picklist availability</li><li>Ensure warehouse is organized to support receiving, storing, and shipments of product</li><li>Maintain manhours per logistic vehicles and equipment for payroll allocation</li><li>Identify damaged, obsolete, or excess <span >products/equipment/tools</span> and arrange for disposal or sale</li><li>Loading inventory and equipment on trucks for delivery to job-sites</li><li>Lead and provide year end physical inventory count</li><li>Provide information regarding inventory levels in the warehouse</li><li>Monitor fuel consumption of each vehicle or equipment</li><li>Ensure <span >material/equipment/tools</span> have been processed and recorded prior to leaving warehouse</li><li>Assist in audits for equipment/tools</li><li>Monitor <span >material/equipment/tool</span> returns</li><li>Stock materials in the yard and warehouse</li><li>Ensure tasks conducted by drivers and yard men are completed with Health & Safety at the forefront of all activities</li><li>Provide service and support to other departments</li><li>Process material purchase orders in system</li><li>Coordinate rental of equipment</li><li>Verify the delivery of materials entering the warehouse and matching the PO</li><li>Learn about roofing materials</li><li>Perform other duties as required</li><li>All other duties assigned</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications and Experience</p><ul><li> 2+ years experience in shipping and receiving</li><li>Driver&#39;s license</li><li>Forklift license</li><li> Ability to identify issues and participate in resolution of issues with standardization, cost reductions, and analyzing processes and procedures</li><li> Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate daily routines in the organization and processes for product receiving, storing and shipment</li><li> Construction experience is an asset</li><li> Strong computer skills, efficiency in all MS Office applications</li><li>Ability to lift up yo 75 lbs</li><li>Able to work in all weather conditions</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Company Perks</p><ul><li> A great working environment with a Social Committee and company events</li><li> Competitive salary and professional development to help you grow with us</li><li> Work-life balance - regular working hours: Monday to Friday</li><li> Family owned and operated company with upward mobility</li><li> Excellent benefits plan</li></ul><ul></ul></p></p>
