Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotation to be confirmed

Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Shutdown Labourer to join our valued client’s team at a plant site in Lloydminster. This is a full-time position during a shutdown project, ideally suited to an individual who is safety-conscious, hardworking, and eager to contribute to team success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labour duties to support shutdown activities at the plant site.

• Follow site-specific safety protocols and maintain clean-shaven requirements for respirator use.

• Assist skilled trades and equipment operators as required.

• Maintain situational awareness and proactively identify potential hazards.

• Work effectively in a team environment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• CSTS 2020 certification.

• H2S Alive.

• Standard First Aid certification.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts safely and consistently.

• Strong situational awareness and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous labourer experience in shutdowns, industrial, or plant site settings.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Commitment to safety and reliability.

Work Environment:
This role is based at a plant site in Lloydminster, requiring adherence to strict safety standards and PPE requirements. Labourers must be clean-shaven for respirator use and prepared for long shifts in a collaborative, safety-driven work environment. Accommodations are available for non-local candidates.
