<p><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Staff Software Engineer (Rust)</b></p><p>We are partnered with an established company (10K+ employees) building enterprise software in the life science industry. Financially, they're in a very strong position and over 2 billion in revenue in the last fiscal year. The company are building a <b>greenfield</b> enterprise software platform in Rust, and are looking to hire several Senior Rust Engineers to their team.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p><b>What you'll be doing:</b></p><p>As a Staff/Senior Rust Engineer you'll be taking ownership of key systems, whilst mentoring junior engineers who are less familiar with the language. You'll also be setting standards in shipping to production. The client is looking for very experienced engineers, ideally you have shipped enterprise software in the past.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Over ten years of experience</li><li>Experience building SaaS enterprise software</li><li>Rust Experience</li><li>Experience building projects from conception through to delivery.
