Overview

Store Manager - Full Time role at The Pittsburgh Paints Company

This position is for Bétonel/Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company. You will report to the Store Group Manager and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service while running your store.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Bétonel/Dulux branch.
• Achieve sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
• Maintain Bétonel/Dulux's high customer service standards for yourself and your team.
• Foster a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership.
• Hire, lead, empower, and manage your team by partnering with and mentoring team members.
• Ensure the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in a retail store environment.
• Previous retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 45 hours required per week.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.

Job Details

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will run your own store and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service while meeting store operations standards.
