<p><p>Join to apply for the <b>Supplier Quality Engineer</b> role at <b>Trojan Technologies</b>, a global leader in water treatment solutions building a safer, more sustainable future. <h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Driving measurable improvements in supplier quality and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Collaborating across engineering, operations, and supply chain to solve complex quality challenges.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and delivering measurable improvements in supplier quality and customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Typical Day</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collecting and analyzing supplier quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Partnering directly with suppliers to define and implement corrective action plans.</li>
<li>Reviewing supplier manufacturing processes and leading process improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Conducting supplier inspections and audits per Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).</li>
<li>Managing third‑party inspection agencies and contract source inspectors.</li>
<li>Leading resolution of customer complaints (CCs) and internal non‑conformances (NCs).</li>
<li>Supporting Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service teams with ISO 9001:2015 compliance.</li>
<li>Presenting supplier quality metrics and analysis to support daily management and leadership reporting.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Quality Management System & Standard Work</h3>
<ul>
<li>Acting as an expert for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).</li>
<li>Ensuring controlled documents meet ISO and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Maintaining QMS training records and visual management.</li>
<li>Driving continuous improvement of QMS processes using structured problem‑solving methods.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Essential Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.</li>
<li>4–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering within an ISO‑certified environment.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in statistical data analysis and root cause methodologies.</li>
<li>Experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel 30–40% across North America.</li>
<li>ASQ certification preferred.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3>
<p>The compensation range for this role is $75,000 – $90,000 CAD per year. This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance to eligible employees.</p>
