As we deepen our technical and AI capabilities, we’re scaling a platform that is trusted for security, speed, and reliability.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong><br>We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to drive complex SaaS deployments for our enterprise and strategic customers. You will own projects end-to-end - from discovery and scoping through go-live and post-launch optimization - working hand-in-hand with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.<br><br>Your success will set the foundation for a repeatable deployment playbook as we scale to hundreds of enterprise implementations.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple customer deployments, maintaining clear scope, timeline, and success metrics.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and decisions; build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.</li><li>Translate business objectives into technical requirements, and partner with Product, Engineering and Sales to design scalable approaches.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional resources, track dependencies, surface risks early, and drive mitigation plans.</li><li>Establish test plans and acceptance criteria, ensure smooth cut-over, and monitor initial performance.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years managing enterprise SaaS or cloud deployment projects, ideally in data or AI-driven products.</li><li>Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders from kickoff through successful go-live.</li><li>Solid grasp of modern SaaS architecture and concepts such as APIs, cloud security, data pipelines, and LLM workflows.</li><li>Clear, concise communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.</li><li>Experience with agile project tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) and standard project metrics.</li><li>Strength in risk analysis, prioritisation, and problem solving under tight timelines.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
