As we expand across North America, we’re building a people-centered culture grounded in transparency, accountability, and innovation.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a Technical Recruiting & HR Business Partner to drive both talent acquisition and people operations for our growing Vancouver team.</p><p>This is a primarily in-office/hybrid role blends strategic recruiting expertise with hands-on HR leadership—you’ll own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles while ensuring exceptional employee experiences across the organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup, love connecting with top-tier technical talent, and enjoy building systems that scale, this role is for you.</p><p>Reports to: Director, Human Resources</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Technical Recruiting (Primary Focus)</p></li><li><p>Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, DevOps, and data roles</p></li><li><p>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and shape hiring strategy</p></li><li><p>Source top talent through creative outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow</p></li><li><p>Manage pipelines, interviews, and candidate communications to deliver an exceptional experience</p></li><li><p>Build and nurture long-term talent networks and communities</p></li><li><p>Contribute to employer branding initiatives that showcase Remarcable as a destination for tech talent</p></li><li><p>Stay ahead of market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring strategy</p></li><li><p>HR Business Partner (Secondary Focus)</p></li><li><p>Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations</p></li><li><p>Manage the employee lifecycle—from offer to exit—with consistency and care</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with BC and Canadian employment legislation</p></li><li><p>Support performance management, engagement surveys, and people analytics</p></li><li><p>Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and IT to streamline people processes</p></li><li><p>Assist in policy development, benefits administration, and culture initiatives</p></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><p>3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to recruiting and employee relations</p></li><li><p>2+ years of direct technical recruiting experience (preferably in SaaS or startup environments)</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of technical roles and how to evaluate engineering and product candidates</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Canadian and BC employment laws</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Experience with HR and recruiting platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Ashby, ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter)</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CPHR designation or technical recruiting certification a plus</p></li></ul><p><strong>Why You’ll Love Remarcable</strong></p><ul><li><p>Join a mission-driven SaaS startup making a real impact in the contractor industry</p></li><li><p>Be part of a collaborative, transparent, and innovative culture</p></li><li><p>Competitive salary and performance bonus opportunities</p></li><li><p>In-Office/Hybrid flexibility in our new Vancouver office</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive benefits, professional development support, and generous PTO</p></li><li><p>The opportunity to shape Remarcable’s talent brand and HR foundation as we scale</p></li></ul><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Job Type: Full-time</p></li><li><p>Location: Vancouver, BC (on-site/hybrid)</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Compensation Range: CA$90K - CA$110K</p></p></p>
