<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Description<p><strong>Location: </strong>Lot 93 - 44 Charles Street West (Manulife Centre)<br /><strong>Start Date: </strong>Noted under Shift<br /><strong>End date: </strong>Noted under Shift<br /><strong>Shift: </strong>2 days: Thursday, February 12, 2026 & Tuesday, February 17, 2026 / 3:00pm - 9:00pm</p><p>**Changes may be made to this schedule are subject to operational requirements.</p><p><strong>Deadline: </strong>Monday, January 19th, 2026, at 5:00pm <br /><strong>This is an internal position for all UFCW Impark employees.</strong> </p><p><br />Loading Dockmaster monitors, screens and record all vehicles entering and exiting the loading dock. Provides consistent and professional customer service. They perform a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client's expectations. The Loading Dockmaster works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, Facility Manager and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.</p><br />Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure positive experiences for partners and clients</li><li>Ensure work area is maintained to Impark standard</li><li>Interacts face to face with our customers, service is priority</li><li>May have the responsibility for the collection of cash on front line revenues</li><li>Controls of traffic flow, stocked supply and record keeping; monitor, screen and record all vehicles entering and exiting the loading dock</li><li>Monitor any events that occur outside the location that may affect the operation as mandated by management</li><li>Consults with our managers on items of relevance to the loading dock operation; identify problem and address new ideas/solutions</li><li>Transient log sheets must be completed according to the requirements of the location, and other administrative requirements</li><li>Some customer service duties may be required</li><li>Parking stall count, ensuring parking vacancy available</li><li>Work effectively as a team with your Area Manager and Co-Workers</li><li>Must maintain general cleanliness of both the work area and loading dock area according to the requirements of the location and as required by management</li><li>Changing signage prices to match those of competitors as mandated by management</li><li>Ability to adapt to changes as necessitated by site locations</li><li>Must maintain the general cleanliness of both the work area and loading dock area according to the requirements of the location.</li><li>These are guidelines and express the minimum expectations, other duties may be assigned</li></ul><br />Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Customer service oriented</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Computer skills may be required</li><li>Hands on working knowledge of parking equipment and related software may be required</li><li>Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks in an ever changing environment</li></ul><br />Benefits<p>Per the Collective Agreement </p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
