<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will provide a wide range of support to the workers in the Temporary Foreign program at Hendriks Greenhouses. Hours may vary and a high degree of flexibility is required.</p><p><strong>Job duties</strong>:</p><ul><li>Assist HR with Temporary Foreign Worker employee onboarding and training.</li><li>Conducting ongoing wellness checks with workers. Work with Human Resources to address any concerns or issues that may arise.</li><li>Conducting regular housing inspections and working with the Maintenance Department to address issues.</li><li>Provide support to Temporary Foreign Workers for various issues. This may include transportation to and from medical appointments, banking and shopping trips.</li><li>Provide translation support for workers.</li><li>Work with the Human Resources Department to update TFW records.</li><li>Working with the Human Resources Department to facilitate improvements to the program.</li></ul><p>Skills Required:</p><ul><li>Must be bilingual in Spanish and English</li><li>Valid Ontario G Class License</li><li>Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Sound judgement and problem-solving skills</li><li>Customer focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion</li></ul><p><strong>We thank all candidates for their interest however only those candidates chosen for an interview will be contacted.</strong></p><p><em>At Hendriks Greenhouses, we are committed to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection processes and work environment.
