<p>Job Title</p><p>Tire & General Service Automotive Technician</p><p>About Carrera Customs</p><p>Carrera Customs is Winnipeg's shop for rims, tires, and now a full range of automotive services. We built our name on custom wheel & tire installs, and we're expanding into brakes, oil changes, and light mechanical. We're looking for a hands-on tech who's passionate about cars, eager to learn, and ready to grow with us.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Mount, balance, and install rims & tires (our core service).</li><li>Perform oil changes, brake jobs, and other light maintenance.</li><li>Assist with alignments, suspension work, and inspections.</li><li>Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe.</li><li>Work with the team to deliver fast, professional service for every customer.</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>Previous tire or automotive service experience preferred (but we'll train the right person).</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new services.</li><li>Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced shop.</li><li>Valid driver's license.</li><li>Must be comfortable working with lifts, tools, and shop equipment.</li></ul><p>Pay & Perks</p><ul><li>$18–$21/hr depending on experience.</li><li>Staff discounts on rims, tires, and services.</li><li>Overtime opportunities during peak seasons.</li><li>Growth potential as Carrera expands into full automotive service.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal<br><br>Contract length: 3 months</p><p>Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
