You’ll lead the charge on how VEERUM shows up in the market, from product roadmap to brand story to pipeline performance and you’ll make data your weapon for disciplined, measurable growth.</p>
<p>You’ll sit on the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, and lead our Product Management and Marketing teams to build, position, and scale VEERUM’s industrial digital twin platform.</p>
<p>Day to day responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Driving VEERUM’s product strategy and go-to-market momentum.</li>
<li>Leading a powerhouse team across Product and Marketing.</li>
<li>Embedding product-led growth and Pirate Metrics across the business.</li>
<li>Positioning VEERUM as the industrial standard for visual operations.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We Want to See on Your Resume</h3>
<ul>
<li>Executive experience leading <b>Product and/or Marketing</b> in a <b>B2B SaaS or technology</b> company.</li>
<li>Proven success driving <b>product-led growth (PLG)</b> and scaling <b>revenue, retention, and adoption</b>.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience <b>presenting to, preparing for, and collaborating with Boards</b> — you know how to translate complex strategy into clear, data-backed narratives.</li>
<li>Experience leading high-performing teams that connect strategy to execution — <b>you build alignment, not silos</b>.</li>
<li>A track record of improving <b>LTV:CAC ratios</b>, growing brand visibility, and turning complex ideas into clear client value.</li>
<li>Background in <b>industrial software, data visualization, or AI-powered solutions</b>.</li>
