<p><p>Join to apply for the <b>Warehouse Associate</b> role at <b>Canada Goose</b>.</p><p><b>Address</b>: 33 Commander Blvd Scarborough, Ontario M1S 3E7 Canada</p><h3>Position overview</h3><p>The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the maintenance of the warehouse area; shipping and receiving of all Raw Material and Finished Goods.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Responsible for the maintenance of all raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse area</li><li>Receive and verify all incoming materials and finished goods, stage completed orders in the designated staging area</li><li>Weigh and measure outgoing shipments in accordance to order requirements</li><li>Verify, receive and store raw materials to designated locations</li><li>Input the inventory information in the warehouse system</li><li>Process returns</li><li>Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories as required</li><li>Maintain a clean warehouse facility as per CG Standards</li><li>Follow safe operations of all electric equipment</li><li>Move inventory safely from one location to another location</li><li>Secure the shipment prior to the shipment</li><li>Perform other duties as required, provide support based on business needs</li><li>Open Down Bale and pre-stage before issuing according to down type per machine requirement in the sewing plant</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Previous warehouse experience</li><li>Knowledge of Walkie/Pump trucks required</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and climb a ladder</li><li>Moving and lifting up to 50 lbs or up to 75 lbs with tools/equipment/team support</li><li>Ability to read/write and count accurately</li><li>Experience using RF scanners would be an asset</li><li>Forklift or Walkie license is an asset</li><li>Detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, problem solve and take initiative; computer skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload</li><li>Consistently exhibits Canada Goose values: innovative, respectful, passionate, accountable, entrepreneurial</li></ul><h3>Working conditions</h3><ul><li>Fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment with some level of noise</li><li>Working around forklift traffic</li><li>Working with goods/materials that may include down/fur</li><li>Fully accessible break room including hot beverages, microwaves, and refrigerators</li></ul><h3>What’s in it for you?</h3><ul><li>A company built on Canadian roots and heritage</li><li>Comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program</li><li>Opportunities for career growth through internal and external programs</li><li>Recognition through Goose Rewards and ICON Rewards</li><li>Donation matching and paid volunteer time through CG Gives</li><li>Tools and resources to support physical and mental health, change management, and connection with colleagues</li><li>Inspiring leaders and collaboration to help you grow</li></ul><p>Canada Goose is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
