<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our clients day-to-day operations and drive performance excellence on the floor.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff to meet daily and monthly outbound KPIs.</li><li>Prioritize workload to ensure timely order picking, processing, and shipment.</li><li>Actively engaging with team members and assisting as needed.</li><li>Monitor quality control standards and ensure accuracy across all warehouse operations.</li><li>Ensuring all employees use appropriate PPE and follow company and legislative HSE practices.</li><li>Oversee dock and warehouse organization to optimize space and workflow.</li><li>Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process quickly and effectively.</li><li>Communicate openly with all team levels to support collaboration and continuous improvement.</li><li>Recommend operational improvements to senior management and support new process implementations.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 year of supervisory experience in a 3PL logistics or related warehouse environment.</li><li>Working knowledge of Canadian HSE regulations.</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP Warehousing knowledge is an asset.</li><li><span >Forklift/counterbalance</span> operating ability is an asset.</li></ul><p></p></p></p>
