Position Summary


Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new opportunities for new store locations. This role requires strategic thinking, deep retail market understanding, negotiation skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion.


What You’ll Do



  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential new store locations based on demographic data, traffic patterns, competitive landscape, and economic trends.

  • Evaluate sites and conduct feasibility studies to assess viability verk potential profitability of new store locations.

  • Manage all aspects of site acquisition, including identification, negotiation, and contract execution.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines to meet all milestones within budget.

  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions, build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals, and oversee drafting and review of contracts.

  • Perform budget management and financial analysis to support site selection and lease negotiation decisions.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, market conditions, and strategic recommendations, and maintain accurate records of all transactions, agreements, and project documentation.

Qualifications



  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Canadian Retail/Commercial Real Estate.

  • Strong Real Estate Finance background (IRR, NPV, DCF) – ideally with P&L & Balance Sheet experience.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Results driven with strong problem solving skills.

  • Strong team building and interpersonal skills.

  • inexpensively contact network of existing developers / landowners.

  • Experience in Real Estate development application and planning is beneficial, but not essential.


Pay range: $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.

Age: 16 or older.
