Great new opportunity for afternoon and night shift in Uxbridge.
General labour, rotating shift in the pre-cast stone industry.
Starting pay is $20 per hour plus bonus.
Construction experience is preferred.
Production Worker
- Starting wage at $20.00/Hour plus bonus
- Rotating Afternoon and Night shift (2:00PM-10:00PM & 10:00 PM-06:00AM Mon. thru Friday
- Temp to Perm
- Uxbridge Area
The Company
Our client is a Canadian owned and operated concrete manufacturer that helps to meet the ever increasing desire of homeowners to beautify their outdoor living spaces with quality made decorative landscapes.
Position Summary
- Sort and stack bricks on skids
- Work at the end of the line and stack tumbled bricks on to the skid
- Must be able to shrink wrap and label products
- Assist with yard clean up
- Assemble wooden skids/pallets together
- Operate loader machine
- Operate forklift as needed
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisor
- Differentiate between the different types of bricks (size, color, design etc..)
- Experience operating forklift and loader machine is an asset
Working Environment
- Working indoor and outdoor (Construction product manufacturing environment)
- Fast pace
- Dusty, Noisy Environment
