- Hourly pay for this position is to start at CAD45/hr, plus overtime after 44 hours.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor on the afternoon shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of industrial equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
What you're responsible for:
- Leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support
- Coordinating with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities during planned downtime periods
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems
- Conducting regular inspections to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential failures
- Initiating and executing maintenance projects to address equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment performance metrics

- You are a licensed 433A Millwright
- You have proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
- You have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- You have In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components
- You have excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills
- You have the ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations
