The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a positive, professional attitude and strong customer focus.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br /><ul><li>Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to identify potential product needs</li><li>Respond to and process incoming calls and orders</li><li>Open new accounts and support existing customers</li><li>Make proactive outbound calls to generate business</li><li>Provide pricing quotes and follow up on outstanding quotations</li><li>Offer basic technical support on products</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and new products</li><li>Identify opportunities to support clients with project needs and non-stock products</li><li>Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term relationships</li></ul><br />Qualifications & Requirements<br /><ul><li>Post-secondary education</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel</li><li>Previous sales or inside sales experience in the Canadian electrical industry (asset)</li><li>Knowledge of the electrical industry (asset)</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to develop long-term client relationships</li><li>Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail</li><li>Technical aptitude with the ability to learn products quickly</li><li>Experience preparing quotations, bid packages, and pricing proposals</li><li>Willingness to work overtime when required and contribute to a team-focused environment</li></ul><br />Why Join?<br /> Be part of Canada's energy transformation!
