Salary:

Work mode: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (35 hours/week)

Location: Downtown Montreal, 5 minutes from Peel metro station

Start date: Late February / Early March

Your role

Ensure the smooth administrative operations of the insurance department and provide daily support to the team.


Key responsibilities

  • Administrative management of client files and insurance policies
  • Preparation of quotes, insurance applications, and underwriting follow-ups
  • Tracking receivables, commissions, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining and updating databases and client documentation
  • Managing communications with clients, partners, and insurance carriers

Profile were looking for

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role (insurance experience is a strong asset)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Autonomous, professional, and able to exercise sound judgment

Assurer le bon fonctionnement administratif du dpartement assurances et soutenir lquipe au quotidien.

Tes principales responsabilits

  • Gestion administrative des dossiers clients et des polices dassurance
  • Prparation des soumissions, demandes dassurance et suivi de la souscription
  • Suivi des comptes recevables, commissions et exigences rglementaires
  • Mise jour des bases de donnes et documentation client
  • Gestion des communications avec les clients, partenaires et assureurs

Profil recherch

  • Bilingue franais/anglais (oral et crit)
  • 3+ ans dexprience en administration (assurance = atout majeur)
  • Excellentes capacits dorganisation, souci du dtail et gestion des priorits
  • Aisance avec la suite Microsoft Office
  • Autonomie, jugement et professionnalisme
