At Standard Manufacturers Services Ltd., we've been producing high-quality aluminum parts for North America's leading industries since 1982. We're looking for a motivated Aluminum Foundry Caster to help keep production flowing with skill, precision, and pride.


What You'll Do:
  • Melt and pour aluminum into molds.
  • Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment.
  • Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely.
  • Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding).
  • Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean work area.

What We're Looking For:
  • Safety-first attitude and attention to detail.
  • Physically capable (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods).
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • English communication skills.
  • High school diploma an asset — training provided

Work Schedule:
  • 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (Days or Afternoons).
