About the Role

WSP, a global consulting firm, supports public and private sector clients in planning, designing, building, operating, and maintaining critical infrastructure projects worldwide. Under the direction of the Lead Analyst, Operations, SailPoint, the Analyst – Operations, SailPoint IIQ will perform day‑to‑day operational and maintenance activities for our SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. The Analyst will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective and secure platform operation, supporting WSP’s identity and access management strategy and vision.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain the SailPoint IIQ platform, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with the SailPoint IIQ development team to implement enhancements and operational transfer activities.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to implement and maintain GIA policies and procedures.
  • Monitor platform security vulnerabilities and compliance issues and take corrective action as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
  • Document the platform in standard operating procedures and configuration guides, and provide training sessions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex onboarding, transfer, or off‑boarding access, authorization, and authentication issues.
  • Automate and customize GIA processes using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, BeanShell).
  • Leverage deep Active Directory knowledge for managing accounts, groups, and permissions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience considered.
  • Over three years of IT operations experience with a focus on identity and access management.
  • Over two years of hands‑on SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and configuration.
  • Technical specialist experience managing GIA functions and system maintenance.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for SLAs and compliance.
  • Policy and procedure documentation experience.
  • Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Single Sign‑On, MFA, and PAM modules.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Team‑orientated and collaborative in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required for regular collaboration with international stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion GPI systems.
  • Knowledge of Delinea PAM, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
  • SailPoint certification.
