<p><b>Analytics Lead - Omnichannel Orchestration (NBE)</b></p><p><b>Remote in Canada (but not Quebec)</b></p><p><b>Up to $200,000 CAD</b></p><p><br></p><p>Harnham is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation that is investing heavily in <b>Automated</b> <b>Omnichannel Orchestration </b>and building out a<b> Next Best Engagement (NBE) Model</b>. They are looking for an Analytics or Data Science Lead to help shape how HCPs are engaged across channels and to mature their decisioning engine.</p><p><br></p><p>This role blends <b>hands-on analytics and data science</b>, <b>omnichannel orchestration</b>, and <b>high-impact stakeholder engagement to build a world class Next Best Engagement model.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>THE ROLE</b></p><p>As an Analytics or Data Science Lead, you will help design and deliver the analytics that drive the next best engagement strategy across US brands. You will:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work in a data rich environment to drive commercial performance using SQL and Python</li><li>Lead the development of the NBE model including developing NBE logic and automted channel-sequencing frameworks</li><li>Build and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and channel performance</li><li>Contribute to marketing mix modeling and other attribution analyses where needed</li><li>Translate insights for very non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Partner with brand, digital, and omnichannel strategy teams</li><li>Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across the commercial organisation</li><li>Conduct hands-on work where needed (data pulls, validation, simple modelling)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is <b>not</b> a heavy modelling role — the focus is <b>sequencing, orchestration, and strategic analytics</b>, not building hundreds of models a week.</p><p><br></p><p><b>YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE</b></p><p>The ideal candidate will have:</p><ul><li>Strong SQL and Python skills</li><li>Experience using data to solve problems in the marketing mix and measurement space</li><li>Experience with <b>Next Best Action / Next Best Engagement / Personalisation / Decisioning within an omnichannel environment</b></li><li>Experience with <b>sequence modelling</b>, <b>journey optimisation</b>, or <b>cross-channel orchestration</b></li><li>Strong communicator able to simplify complex analytics for non-technical audiences</li><li>Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments</li><li>Pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industry experience (preferred)</li></ul><p>Tools such as <b>Pega, Adobe, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Veeva, OCE, SAS RTDM</b> are a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><b>SALARY & BENEFITS</b></p><p>Competitive salary + bonus + comprehensive benefits.</p><p><br></p><p><b>HOW TO APPLY</b></p><p>If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply or reach out directly for a confidential conversation.</p><p></p>Create Your Resume First
