Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry.<br /><br />WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:<br /><br />• High-producing practice with exceptional earning potential<br /> • Permanent, part-time position with unbeatable schedule stability<br />• State-of-the-art technologies including iTero 3D digital intraoral scanner<br /> • Advanced instrumentation for precision dentistry<br />• Clear pathway to equity partnership within 123Dentist practices<br />• Mentorship program designed to accelerate new graduate success<br />• Prime Kitsilano location with convenient parking and vibrant neighborhood amenities<br /> • Practice philosophy centered on conservative, patient-focused care<br /><br />COMPENSATION:<br /><br />Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% - 43% collections and higher (depending on experience)<br /><br />SCHEDULE:<br /><br />• 8 hours per week<br />• 1 day only: Saturday<br />• Every week is a long weekend!<br /><br />WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<br /><br />• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process<br />• Registered or actively registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals<br /> • Open to candidates registered in other Canadian provinces<br />• 1-2 years Canadian practice experience preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship support<br /> • Excellence in patient communication and anxiety management<br />• Clinical confidence paired with collaborative spirit<br /> • Ready to embrace our conservative treatment philosophy while delivering comprehensive care<br /><br />Who We Are<br /><br />123Dentist is one of Canada’s largest and fastest growing dental support organizations.
