The Mixer will play a crucial role in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and meet quality standards.<br /></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b><br /></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Operate mixing equipment to combine ingredients accurately, achieving the desired texture, consistency, and quality.<br /></li><li>Able to lift up to 50lbs<br /></li><li>Precisely weigh and scale ingredients according to recipe requirements to ensure consistency and quality in all batches.<br /></li><li>Monitor the mixing process, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.<br /></li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.<br /></li><li>Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to facilitate the movement of materials and finished products.<br /></li><li>Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.<br /></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b><br /></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.<br /></li><li>Knowledge of machining processes and carpentry skills are an asset.<br /></li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.<br /></li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.<br /></li><li>Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.<br /></li></ul></p></p><br />Requirements<p><p><p><b>Timing: 07:00AM - 03:00PM</b><br /></p></p></p><p><p>Job Type: Full-time<br /></p></p><p><p>Ability to commute/relocate:<br /></p><ul><li>Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)<br /></li></ul><p>Experience:<br /></p><ul><li>mixer/scaler: 1 year (required)<br /></li></ul><p>Language:<br /></p><ul><li>English (required)<br /></li></ul><p><span >License/Certification:</span><br /></p><ul><li>work permit (required)<br /></li></ul></p><p><p>Work Location: In person<br /></p></p><br /></p></p>
