We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mixer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending and mixing various materials to create high-quality products. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Mixer will play a crucial role in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities


  • Operate mixing equipment to combine ingredients accurately, achieving the desired texture, consistency, and quality.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Precisely weigh and scale ingredients according to recipe requirements to ensure consistency and quality in all batches.
  • Monitor the mixing process, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to facilitate the movement of materials and finished products.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of machining processes and carpentry skills are an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
