You Are:


As a Manager within the Banking Consulting practice, you will focus on Business and Technology Transformation in the wholesale lending industry. You will design and implement transformational solutions that deliver industry‑specific outcomes and help clients modernize their loan origination, portfolio monitoring, and customer experience.


Skills



  • Banking industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate lending segments.

  • Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end‑to‑end wholesale credit lifecycle (sales, origination, fulfillment, portfolio monitoring).

  • Commercial lending platform expertise (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS).

  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Successful track record of leading commercial banking consulting teams across the solution delivery lifecycle.

  • Strategic direction and goal-setting for your area of responsibility.

  • Experience influencing senior client executives and negotiating significant matters.


The Work



  • Re‑imagine world‑class operating models for wholesale credit institutions.

  • Lead wholesale credit systems implementation for defined workstreams (scope, cost, schedule).

  • Develop next‑generation wholesale credit technology offerings.

  • Define and measure transformation value and success metrics.

  • Facilitate design thinking and customer journey workshops to shape transformation roadmaps.

  • Define best practices, processes, tools, and operations for transformation domains.

  • Build strong client relationships, including C‑suite engagement, to serve as a trusted advisor.

  • Provide compelling business cases and insights that drive client outcomes.

  • Lead thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital initiatives.

  • Drive new business opportunities and proposals.

  • Develop proposals and Statements of Work to support business development.

  • Identify creative data sources and refine hypotheses through interviews.


Here’s What You Need:



  • 5+ years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with engagement management and business development focus.

  • 3+ years commercial credit (sales, origination, fulfillment, portfolio monitoring) experience and expertise.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing resources on complex commercial credit transformation programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Willingness to travel.


Bonus Points If:



  • Experience with nCino and Salesforce certifications.

  • Advanced degrees or finance industry certifications.

  • Banking industry or system certifications.

  • Experience delivering banking projects on time.
