Hiring: Bilingual (French & English) Franchise Support Agent – Infinity Mart
Infinity Mart is a proudly Canadian, fast-growing convenience store franchise. We are expanding in Quebec and are looking for a bilingual (French & English) agent who can communicate with franchise applicants from Quebec and assist them through the application process.
Location: DOWNTOWN TORONTO
Type: Part-Time
Compensation: Competitive (discussed during interview)
Responsibilities
- Speak with potential franchise applicants in French and English
- Answer questions about our franchise model and application steps
- Help applicants complete their forms and understand our process
- Coordinate with our Executive Admin & VP for next steps
- Provide clear and professional communication at all times
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English — Must-have
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling calls, texts, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Professional, reliable, and organized
