This role focuses on <b>requirements gathering, process improvement, and documentation</b>, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Gather, document, and analyze <b>business and functional requirements</b>.</li><li>Conduct <b>business process and gap analysis</b> to identify improvement areas.</li><li>Develop <b>process flows, mock-ups, and use cases</b>.</li><li>Assist with <b>development and technical business requirements</b> for IT initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, developers, and the PMO team.</li><li>Work on <b>one project at a time</b>, ensuring high-quality delivery and attention to detail.</li><li>Support <b>Agile transformation</b> initiatives and participate in UAT or solution validation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Tools & Environment</b></p><ul><li>Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)</li><li>JIRA (Agile project tracking)</li><li>Moving towards Agile/Hybrid delivery model</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
