<p><b>Business Analyst - Spanish Spoken</b></p><p><b>Location Address: - 150 King street, 26th floor or the 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4. Manager is flexible.</b></p><p><b>Work arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days in office Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred</b></p><p><b>Contract Duration: Until 10/31/2026</b></p><p><b>Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm</b></p><p><b>Typical Day in Role:</b></p><p>-Working sessions with business, technology, and operations SMEs to understand and document system/process flows</p><p>-Manage the deliverables to meet target timelines</p><p>-Manage agile delivery board for tracking deliverables</p><p>-Assemble PowerPoint slides for executive and peer presentation</p><p>-Design stimulation exercises for resiliency activities</p><p>-Identify process assistance gaps and collaborate with SMEs for enhancement options</p><p>-Collaborate with developers, architects, operation managers, and business product owners/managers to come up with solutions</p><p><br></p><p><b>Candidate Requirements/Must-Have Skills:</b></p><p>1. 8+ years of experience as a BA within FI</p><p>2. 3+ years of experience within payment product Wires, ACH, EFT or International Money Transfer.</p><p>3. Strong operational knowledge on payment processing protocol</p><p>4. Experience with end to end application journey mapping/Process flow mapping.</p><p><b>5. Spanish proficiency is mandatory</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Nice-To-Have Skills:</b></p><p>-Strong Proficiency with MS Visio and PPT</p><p>-BA experience at top 5 Banks in Canada</p><p>-Experience in development or infrastructure operation areas</p><p>-Experience working with Jira/Confluence</p>
