Montreal, QC, Canada

Job Description

BPA is more than an engineering firm — it’s a passionate team shaping the buildings and infrastructure of tomorrow. With offices across Canada, our expertise in sustainable design and technical innovation drives impactful projects from coast to coast. Joining BPA means putting your talent to work on meaningful projects, collaborating with recognized experts, and growing in a flexible, people-focused and forward-thinking environment.

BPA’s Food Services Department plays a key role in the design and development of professional culinary spaces across Québec. Our team brings together 10 passionate specialists—designers, drafters, an experienced chef, and a site supervisor—who work collaboratively to create high-performing, sustainable, and operationally efficient food service environments.

We contribute to major projects across Québec and Canada, including:

  • hospitals, long-term care facilities (CHSLDs), schools, CEGEPs, and universities

  • commercial and hotel kitchens

  • government and federal installations

From needs analysis to operational support, our approach is comprehensive and focused on user experience, functionality, and the reliability of each installation.

Why This New Position?

The department is experiencing strong growth and aims to strengthen its presence in the Greater Montréal market. To support this momentum, we are opening a new strategic position dedicated to network development and the acquisition of new mandates.

It’s a key role for someone who wants to contribute directly to the evolution of a solid, ambitious department that is already very active in the institutional and commercial sectors.

Identify and generate new business opportunities, particularly in the Montréal region.

Represent BPA with clients, partners, and professional networks.

Participate in project phases as required.

Collaborate closely with Jimmy Chenay and his team.

Contribute, in the medium term, to the development of the culinary consulting practice (menu, operations, organization), in collaboration with external experts.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone well-recognized in the field and active within professional networks.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the food service sector or in a development-related role.

Strong understanding of professional kitchens (food processes, equipment and technologies, operational management, etc.).

Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Ease in representing a team within various professional networks.
