LOCATION: Scarborough, Thornhill, Whitby, and/or North York
TYPE: Full-Time or Part-Time
POSITION TITLE: Chiropractor for Multi-disciplinary Clinic
We are a growing healthcare organization with several clinics within the Greater Toronto Area. Our organization provides a wide spectrum of medical services and products within the healthcare industry. We are currently looking for Registered Chiropractorto join our Multidisciplinary clinic located Scarborough, Thornhill, Whitby, and/or North York (The applicant has the option to work at one or multiple locations) . This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join a growing healthcare organization and build their career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessing a patient's physical abilities and needs
- Developing a treatment plan according to the patient's individualized needs
- Complete OCF 3, OCF 23 and OCF 18 for patients
- Prepare medical reports and assessments
- Implementing programs including therapeutic exercise, manipulations, education, and the use of electro-therapy
- Therapeutic and other mechanical equipment and hydrotherapy
- Providing consultation or injury prevention and health promotion
QUALIFICATIONS
Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
Experience with insurance procedures (WSIB, EHC, MVA) would be a strong asset
Performance oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
Commitment to quality care and service delivery
An interest in helping people with physical disabilities and injuries
The ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary health care team
