Clinic Lead - Registered Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, OT or other Healthcare profession

Location: 1695 Bank Street, Ottawa, Ontario

In this role, you will

• Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients.


• Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.


• Be responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.


• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.


• Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.


• Engage in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.


• Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic.


• Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, empowering employees to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.


• Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff.

What we’re looking for

• Fully Registered Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapist or related healthcare professional


• Minimum of 1–5 years of clinical and leadership experience


• Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset


• Demonstrated ability to balance patient care, operational leadership, and financial accountability


• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered mindset
