<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Job description</strong><br />We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator with experience in operating 3, 4, and 5 axis machines and proficiency in FANUC controls and AutoCAD programming.<br /><strong>Job Description:</strong><br /><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br /> </p><ul><li>Operate and set up CNC milling machines with 3, 4, and 5 axis capabilities using FANUC controls.<br /> </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to program CNC machines via AutoCAD.<br /> </li><li>Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.<br /> </li><li>Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards.<br /> </li><li>Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.<br /> </li><li>Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain precise dimensions and tolerances.<br /> </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.<br /> </li><li>Document production activities, including setup sheets, inspection records, and machine logs.<br /> </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br /> </p><ul><li>Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator with 3, 4, and 5 axis machines.<br /> </li><li>Proficiency in operating FANUC controls.<br /> </li><li>Strong programming skills using AutoCAD and the ability to interpret CAD models.<br /> </li><li>Excellent understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.<br /> </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.<br /> </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.<br /> </li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.<br /> </li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br /> </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in CNC machining preferred.<br /> </li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent<br />Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour<br />Experience:<br /> </p><ul><li>CNC Milling Machine Operator, Programmer: 5 years (required)<br /> </li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p></p></p>
