<p>Job Title: Cognos BI Developer - Enterprise Tech EPR Tools Platform</p><p> 7+ years experiece required</p><p> - Proven ability to lead and manage larger teams in different GEO regions.</p><p> - Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.</p><p> - Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support</p><p> - Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery</p><p> - Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs </p><p> - Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.</p><p> </p><p> User Training and Adoption Enablement for EPR Tools</p><p> Job Summary:</p><p> We are seeking an experienced Cognos BI Developer to join our Enterprise Technology team, with a focus on the EPR Tools Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable BI solutions using IBM Cognos, supporting enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, and planning needs.</p><p> </p><p> Key Responsibilities:</p><p> • Develop and maintain Cognos BI reports, dashboards, and data models for enterprise platforms.</p><p> • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Cognos with EPR tools and enterprise systems.</p><p> • Design and implement data models, cubes, and metadata layers to support business reporting requirements.</p><p> • Ensure alignment of BI solutions with enterprise architecture standards and data governance policies.</p><p> • Optimize performance and scalability of Cognos applications across the organization.</p><p> • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Cognos BI solutions.</p><p> • Document technical specifications, data flows, and user guides for BI tools and platforms.</p><p> </p><p> Required Skills & Qualifications:</p><p> • 5+ years of experience in IBM Cognos BI development, including Framework Manager, Report Studio, and Workspace.</p><p> • Strong understanding of enterprise reporting platforms and EPR tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).</p><p> • Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and integration with enterprise data sources.</p><p> • Proficiency in SQL, MDX, and scripting for automation and customization.</p><p> • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and modern data architectures.</p><p> • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</p><p> • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</p><p> </p>
