Compliance & Platform Specialist, you'll be responsible for:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Superuser of Procore, Jonas, Corfix, Dayforce and other Prodigy operational platforms and software.</li><li>Maintain compliance status and updates for all Prodigy client platforms, including Avetta, Complyworks, ISNetworld, Tririga, MERX, Coupa, etc.</li><li>Performs detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.</li><li>Acts as a liaison with internal divisions for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software / platform problems for application deliverables.</li><li>Configures application's functionality for any requirement/enhancement.</li><li>Collaborates with internal cross functional teams to ensure optimal work processes are followed and strategies are delivered.</li><li>Acts as a staff resource and closeout document tracking manager.</li><li>Reports on application insights and propose solutions to address near-future challenges.</li><li>Provides support and expertise post-go-live of initial process rollouts.</li><li>Manages Prodigy's systems e.g. Procore, Jonas as part of Prodigy's onboarding and offboarding processes.</li><li>Liaises with Procore and other software vendors regarding service issues, reported incidents, and system enhancements/future roadmap.</li><li>Performs lunch and learn training sessions for team members to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Manages resourcing and closeout trackers.</li><li>Ensures departmental alignments with all platform integrations</li><li>Leads all new projects start up documents and procedures.</li><li>Leads all onboarding activities related to platform training for all Prodigy software (Jonas, Procore, timesheets etc.)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Process Management:</b></p><ul><li>Performs detailed analysis of business process requirements and provides appropriate recommendations and solutions to enhance productivity.</li><li>Drives improvement of operational process effectiveness and effectively communicate findings to operations.</li><li>Is responsible for process implementation into Premier Construction, Procore, and other applications.</li><li>Supports change-management initiatives and process transitions.</li><li>Gathers, analyzes, and prioritizes business requirements by conducting workshops in coordination with cross-functional departments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Application Support & Training:</b></p><ul><li>Provides or leads end-user training and onboarding for Premier Construction, Procore, and other Prodigy applications.</li><li>Develops comprehensive training materials and identify learning outcomes, curriculum, modules, and programs (e.g., new hire learning programs, software launches, etc.).</li><li>Serves as hands-on application support during future integrations and beta testing.</li><li>Partners with internal departments to assess and address training needs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Compliance Monitoring & Management:</b></p><ul><li>Manages the integration and day-to-day use of compliance platforms (Avetta, ISNetwork, Coupa, Complyworks) to ensure that Prodigy maintains required safety, regulatory, and organizational standards.</li><li>Maintains compliance status on these platforms, ensuring that all necessary documentation, certifications, and insurance are up to date.</li><li>Reviews and assesses compliance reports generated by these platforms to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Serves as a subject matter expert on compliance platform functionality, requirements, and best practices across the organization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Prodigy CRM administration: </b></p><ul><li>Ensures accurate entry and update of customer information in Prodigy CRM, including contact details, communication history, sales opportunities.</li><li>Maintains and organize data in a clear, consistent, and easy-to-access format to support team collaboration and decision-making.</li><li>Implements and enforce standardized processes for CRM maintenance, ensuring that all users of the CRM follow best practices for consistency.</li><li>Monitors data input to ensure adherence to naming conventions, categorization standards, and other organizational guidelines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>About You:</b></p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will have the following:</p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in project management or related field.</li><li>A minimum of +5 years' experience working in project management.</li><li>A minimum of +3 years' experience working with construction management software.</li><li>Skilled working ability in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Has experience using MS Teams, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.</li><li>Excellent facilitation skills: ability to engage diverse audiences and at all levels.</li><li>Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications, allowing superior support to the project in all areas.</li><li>Perform periodic site visits as directed by the PM specific to activities within your knowledge area.</li><li>Competent in written and verbal communication<b>. </b></li><li>Competent in time management and work prioritization<b>. </b></li><li>Demonstrates a high level of integrity and
