Are you an experienced construction professional who takes pride in delivering quality work and leading projects to success? At Royalty General Construction, we're looking for a Site Supervisor who brings both expertise and leadership to every project, from retail and corporate interiors to airport and new-build environments.

You'll play a key role in coordinating people, schedules, and safety on site ensuring every project runs efficiently, meets client expectations, and reflects our commitment to excellence and care.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to spec.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams — fostering clear, respectful communication on every project.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all site and company safety requirements.
  • Review and interpret drawings, identifying any discrepancies early and ensuring alignment with design intent and budget.
  • Track progress, maintain accurate site documentation, and provide timely updates to Project Managers.
  • Mentor crew members and trades, sharing your technical expertise to support their development.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in field operations.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience supervising commercial or institutional construction (retail, corporate, or airport environments preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, trade sequencing, and construction safety standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills — guiding crews with fairness, consistency, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Hands-on understanding of construction techniques (e.g. carpentry, drywall, framing, or layout).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Valid certifications in Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR, and Basics of Supervision.
  • Flexibility to work nights or travel as projects require.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems is an asset.
