Job Description
Description
We’re looking for a strategic Content Operations Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and deploying content across a variety of web surfaces.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly-motivated individual to help us develop and deploy web pages, social content, and sales collateral for one of the world’s most trusted brands. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day content marketing initiatives, and assist with sourcing, editing, and uploading of visual assets such as photography and videos. You will also help manage dashboards, trackers, and calendars to support content and campaign development and content publishing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves storytelling as much as they love headless content management systems. You’ll work closely with other teams — marketing, design, product, and engineering — to bring our content to life in an organized, scalable, and effective way.
This is a part-time contract opportunity offering a starting rate of $48/hr for up to 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work remotely during North American business hours, from our Vancouver headquarters, or a hybrid of both. If this aligns with your values, we’d love to hear from you. This role is open to those who are eligible to work in Canada.
Quietly is an award-winning consultancy, harnessing business and creative acumen to drive real outcomes for brands looking to succeed. Our people are dedicated to proving the impact of content on business results through a commitment to service that delivers actionable, expert counsel and compelling, effective content. Quietly partners with category leaders such as Coursera, Goldman Sachs, Intercom, Morningstar, Motorola Solutions and PwC to understand how content drives their business.

- Manage the content lifecycle by auditing, archiving, and updating entries to maintain accuracy, freshness, and CMS cleanliness.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with writers, designers, and marketers to plan and execute content that aligns with brand and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with product and dev teams to test new modules, templates, and content types.

- Experiment with new modules and layouts within Contentful.
- Identify and report CMS or content structure issues, working with developers as needed.
- Conduct thorough QA on all Contentful entries to ensure pages accurately reflect the approved copy, designs, and brand standards.

- Perform cross-browser and device checks to confirm layout consistency, responsive behavior, and overall content integrity.
- Coordinate content releases, ensuring proper review, staging validation, and stakeholder sign-off before publishing.

- Experience with SEO optimization and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with UX writing or structured content design principles.
- Exposure to component-based design systems or modular content.
